Reminders not arriving?Check Settings → Notifications → Sproutly is allowed, and that Focus modes aren't silencing it. Sproutly schedules everything on-device, so no connection is needed — but iOS won't deliver notifications the system has blocked.

Bought Unlimited on a new phone? Your unlock is tied to your App Store account. On the paywall, tap Restore Purchases and it comes right back — no charge.

Moved to a new phone?Sproutly's data transfers with a standard device-to-device migration or an iCloud/encrypted backup restore, since it lives in the app's local storage.

Want your data gone? Delete the app. Everything Sproutly stored goes with it — nothing exists anywhere else.
